Picture Quality Not That Good. I will be looking for another one.

I bought this to my sister that lives out of USA. I'd tested it before she went back home and it was working fine but less than a week after she arrived back home it stop working. I wouldn't recommend this frame.

pictures display however they want - cannot change sizes - cannot change format - basically does whatever it wants - don't buy this

Seemed like a good purchase for my desk at work. Looks nice, the screen resolution isn't great, but I didn't expect too much. The deal breaker for me is missing pixels in the screen. Returning it, will be buying a different frame.

Should have listened to the reviews I read. Flips pictures upside down and sideways. Returned this item and purchased a different brand and it works beautifully.

Spend more and get the WiFi enabled this just sits in the box not being used

This was the perfect gift for my father-in-law on hospice. Present buying is tricky at this stage of life. We pre-sized and pre-loaded the frame before gifting. It was a perfect way to look at your life. It was easy to use, though we have do photoshop experience. You have to have a power source, and you need to view it straight on.

I purchased this for a gift. Frame never turned on and honestly, it was of poor quality. BB has other frames in this price range that are better. I gave it a star because you have to in order to post.

I have read so many bad reviews that I am not sure if I should throw the box away or keep it for a possible return for me the hardest part was to set the setting, because is very hard to do it from the back and the direction are not too clear. I put a USB with a couple of picture and so far is working. i just have it for few days i hope it wiil work.

This frame worked fine for about 7 months. Now all of a sudden it will not repeat through the pictures. Stops after one round. I checked, and it is set to repeat. Also, very minimal instructions included with frame.

I just purchased this so I don't know about it's reliability. However, I do not like the fact that it has no built-in memory, which I assumed it would have, and does not come with a data transfer cable. Not only does this make it difficult to use, it also required me to purchase these items separately. The Quick Start guide is not very informative and there is no User Manual for this model on the company's website although there are manuals for other similar models.

My teen son bought this as a gift for me for Xmas and the slideshow does not work!!! Tried to exchange at Best Buy for identical item and since I didn’t have a receipt they would not exchange it. So disappointed in Best Buy and will never purchase anything from them again. I was not asking for a refund, exchange for identical item!! And it was a gift! Not everyone has the receipt for a gift. I contacted Aluratek directly and they were ZERO help. Wanted me to pay to ship it to them for them to look at it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND!!

This has been a central feature in our formal dining room for years. Still works great!

I followed the directions and tried 3 different outlets, but the frame would not turn on. I called Aluratek support and they told me to return it to Best Buy. He thought it was a wiring issue inside the frame. At Best Buy, I wanted to exchange the frame, but they wouldn't let me. She said I had to do it online. The problems is that I ordered a memory card along with the frame in order to meet the free freight. Now I have to pay for shipping if I want another frame! That is terrible customer service!! I guess I'll return the memory card when it arrives since I don't have a frame to put it in. :(

This was a gift and they loved it.Pretty easy to setup.

Although this product is inexpensive, the quality is poor making even the little that I spent not worth it. Pictures don't rotate correctly, the overall picture and display quality is terrible and in general the frame looks and functions like a very cheap product. It does not work with large size SD cards and has very little options. I returned.

Do not buy this frame! I loaded pics on a thumb drive and it re-positioned the pictures so that many were upside down. I tried deleted the photos that would reposition to upside down off of my thumb drive and the frame still loaded those photos! I proceeded to delete all photos off of thumb drive to start over and load all new photos and the frame still loaded all of the old upside down photos! Absolute garbage that found a new home in the garbage.

For $50 the is not worth the price, The whole back piece gets really hot, you have to shut it off and turn it back on to update the date on the calendar feature. its really cheap plastic. The pictures are grainy and look funny because they are all stretched out. Save your money.
