hard to use features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pictures look great...but, there are few instructions so all I have been able to do is load a bunch of pictures from my computer to the frame. I have not been able to figure out how to set up separate slide shows or add music. Aluratek's customer support is non-existent (they do not respond to emails) and a more detailed users manual is not available on their website. Very frustrating.

Poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought as a gift for out of state family member. App is terrible, photo quality on frame is blurry. Would not recommend. Will be returning.

Bust!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DIdn't look at the packaging closely until I got home, when I went to open, it had clearly been opened before. The picture frame did not work from the time it was initially plugged in. I will be returning tomorrow.
