did not connect to iPhone 17 Pro fonally I got an iPhone cable to connect to my CarPlay

Works fine and I was told there was a delay but everytime I wanted to turn music up/down or skip a song it was a 5 second delay which drove me insane

IT WIND UP NOT WORKING FOR ME !! THERE NOTHING LEFT TO SAY !!

Another data point in the long list of Bluetooth CarPlay adapters that work for about 10 minutes and then lose audio, visual, or both. I have yet to find a product in this category that actually works.

Not the best option out there. This unit loses sync and with a 15 day return policy…..I have a nice little reminder of what not to purchase.

Promising advertisement, but refused to sync with my Toyota 2021 Highlander Limited

I own a 2020 Tacoma and after two days I took it back due to it not being able to keep connection.

Completely waste of money did not work couldn’t return it. I wouldn’t even buy it would not recommend.

I tried to connect it so many times following the instructions and was never successful. So infuriating that this product is sold by BestBuy.

Don’t recommend , it is surprisingly super laggy takes 10 sec to respnd to handree buttons.

Did Not Work. Returned.. connected for 5 minutes then never connected again. Stayed on screen of pairing for 20 minutes.

Doesn’t work well - unfortunately - not connecting fast - I need to unplug it and plug it to work !!

Super easy install, plug it in and pair your phone to it with bluetooth. I have had it only a few days but it is working flawlessly with only a fraction of a second delay loading vs directly plugging my phone in. No delay in using it. No drops/reconnects. It has been great. I have seen cheaper ones online at other stores with reviews varying wildly. I bought this one even though it was a higher price because of Best Buy added value. One, I could get it in a local store. Two, presumably if they are stocking it, it should work almost flawlessly or the in store staff would be dealing with returns/complaints constantly. Three, the Best Buy online reviews seemed consistent. Four, as a Best Buy Total member I get extended returns and extended warranty.

I've been wanting a device to enable wireless Android Auto for a while, but finally decided to get this after some research. Extremely easy to set up, and works very well. There is minimal delay from when you start the car and when it connects to Android Auto. Highly recommend this product!

I installed a wired CarPlay system but found the setup and appearance to be less than ideal. I decided to switch to this wireless adapter, and the experience has been excellent. It was incredibly easy to set up—simply plug it in, enable Bluetooth, and it connects instantly. I’d also like to extend my thanks to Conner for his assistance!!

It was so quick and easy to set up. It works lole a charm. I so wish that I had bought it a year ago when I first found out about it.
