I plugged the device in as the instructions said. It worked about one full day. After that it would not see the Android Auto as set on my phone. I tried several things. I replaced the cables that came with the device. It worked! So I thought. It quit working again and the only way I could see my phone was plug the cable into the phone and back on my car. It works fine. But, that defeats the purpose of a wireless adapter. I call CS and they were no help at all. I'll just take my loss on this divice. Best Buys, one of the best stores in this country agreed to refund my money. But, I'm not driving 45 mins from my home for a small refund.

If the device was $1, it still wouldn't be worth it. It tries to connect to the phone when you aren't using it such as when my car is off but I open the door or trunk. and then doesn't connect a bout 50% of the time when I am actually starting my car and trying to use it. I had the Motorola MA1, which finally stopped working after a few years, that worked flawlessly and thought this would be a good replacement but I was absolutely wrong. I tried returning it to BestBuy yesterday, October 30, but was told it was outside a 14 day return policy which I thought was 30 days I purchased it October 4th. Now I am stuck with a useless USB dongle

Easy to setup and connects to phone quickly but audio is choppy. I have searched for and tried multiple suggested fixes but nothing works. Would be great if audio worked as it should.

Connects quickly, and does work as a wireless CarPlay. But it doesn't automatically connect maybe half the time. Which defeats the purpose of convenience.

Plug it in, connect you phone and you are ready to go!! Very easy!

This was a okay product the only issue I have is sometimes it cuts off in the middle of me driving which can be very frustrating.

Works well but you have to disable your VPN leaving data vulnerable

Easy to set up and for the most part, it works. However, it starts to skip after a few days of using it. Sometimes it takes a while for it to start up or to respond to steering wheel controls. If these issues can be solved, it would be amazing.

This works well... minor connection issues that disconnect & quickly reconnect.

I like this device and the concept of having Apple car play in my car.

Short version: Don’t buy it, its glitchy and only works when it feels like it. On a 2020 Denali I have about a 30% success rate. Detailed story:Product worked great for a couple of days, and as far as wireless carplay in general (maps, spotify, siri, etc) it still seems capable from my experience with it SO FAR. About 3 days after I got it, it started having issues with placing calls. It will start showing “Calling Soandso” and then show the call timer but I have zero audio on my end. The people I’ve attempted to call have reported mixed results, some have actually received calls and answered them but they can’t hear me, I can’t hear them. I’ve even tested it when I’m parked somewhere so my cell service is the same, and same deal. I can even change the call source to my iPhone and it does the same thing, UNLESS I disconnect this adapter, and all is well. But in order to install the adapter, you permanently* disconnect your phone from your vehicle so there’s no quick way to go back to using your standard wired carplay. At first, this thing seemed awesome, now it’s getting returned.
