This one is slightly better than my previous one but I've noticed that I can still lose the signal even though the transmitter may be located in my pocket and my bluetooth headphones are in place.

Great cheap Bluetooth adapter

This little device has been a real blessing. I can now leave my satellite radio receiver plugged in on the nightstand and take my listening choices anywhere in the apartment by taking my Bluetooth speaker with me.
