Overall good quality and easy to set up. Depending on the device you pair it with, the lowest volume is still very loud. It has some lagging sometimes.

Was a little difficult to control and pair headphones

I bought it as a gift. It is a bit tricky to pair and I haven't seen it used very often.

I got this as a replacement for another BT transmitter I had. I have to turn my speakers up higher that I did with the other one. Other than this sound level dissatisfaction transmitter is great!

Allows you to connect Bluetooth headphones to your TV / receiver etc. I just wish the range would have been longer... but that's usually the case with RF or Bluetooth paired devices. I can sit on my couch ~12-15 feet away and not really have connection issues with the transmitter inside of the cabinet the gear is stored in.

Horrible bought and it never connected i don’t know why had to look up how to do a hard reset and that got it to show up but never connected. Very frustrating as you expect something so simple to work straight out the box. Especially if buying from Best Buy. I called Best Buy customer service to see if they would credit a gift card to get a better brand, got hung up on lol. Hours wasted, headaches given.

Works well, small size. Easy to use and carry with you..

Bought this for my Dad to be able to listen to the TV while not making my Mother have to put in ear plugs. We purchased a Bluetooth head set and didn't realize that the TV wasn't Bluetooth enabled. Installed this unit on the back of the TV and everyone was very happy. He has been using it for a few months and it works great.

These things are very small but so far, it works perfectly. The sound quality is better than another brand that I had purchased.

The range is less than the advertised 33 feet. The setup is difficult as you need to watch fr flashing led's of different colors. Since it is slow to react, it is easy to push the switch to start over.

This product does what it is advertised to do—gives laptops and other devices Bluetooth access that don’t already have it. However, it does have a few annoyances. Sometimes it fails to connect, and sometimes it loses its connection after it already has it. Installation is easy, but the instructions could be clearer and its buttons could be more clearly labeled. The first one we purchased did not work at all, and we had to send it back to the company to get a new one. In all, it’s a good product for the price, though it could be a little better manufactured.

Easy to install and use. My new car didn’t Have a CD player.

This is being used to transmit TV audio during an indoor workout. Performance meets expectations. No complaints.

Would be nice if you didn’t have to unplug it each time you were done with the head phones

Love It! Have a small TV in our summer house in our bedroom. In order to hear it, the volume would have to be very high. Then my husband could not hear the TV in the living room. Plugged that in, got a tiny Bluetooth remote speaker for my nightstand and everybody is happy!
