I couldn't get this item to work after several attempts. Also I went back to Best Buy, they couldn't give me a real time demonstration. The staff was nice and gave me some instructions on what to do. I tired it again and still can't get it to work.

I was trying to pair this with a set of wireless earbuds. Since neither of them had a display it was impossible to figure out what was wrong. I honestly did try multiple times to reset and pair. I even moved to a location where no other Bluetooth devices were detectible and could not pair. It's a hit or miss proposition.

Didn't work well with my DVD player. The sound kept breaking up, I returned it for a refund.

Hard to get connected at all, and latency was extreme.

I bought this for a gift for my boyfriend. It worked first day and then stopped working. My Samsung TV does not have bluetooth and bought this for headphone pairing. I called company and they suggested turning off bluetooth on TV which I had already said the TV did not have.

Volume buttons don't work on it, and some websites the audio cuts in and out.

Worked great first time used. Did not work second use.

maybe i just did not know what i was doing, sometimes it would work and others it would not. i kept it charged but not sure what happened. it was always static-y (is that a word) and never a good reception to play my music. i wish i figured it out before i could return it.:(

The device would not pair with my bluetooth hearing aids

Device worked ok but not what I expected. I tried to take it back and was 1 day outside the 15 day return policy. They do not allow any exceptions. So it is probably better to get this somewhere else with a reasonable return policy.

I could never get this device connected to my new tv

I got this as I can’t use my laptop’s Bluetooth, company policy. When I connect to this thing, I can only hear through my headphones. When I talk, this thing has no idea that I am talking. So it defeats the purpose for me. Returning

Would not work with my StarKey hearing aids. Tried everything to get sound from tv to stream to aids. Returned to Best Buy for refund. Thank you Best Buy!

they are good while it last, they just fail after a year or so, yes i use it every day, i just bought another one so no big deal, no at a cheaper price

It worked but not like expected sound was not amplified enough

I bought the Hisense 58R6E3 model TV and It doesn't work with my Bose headphones.Oh well, it was only $40 wasted.

I bought this item to use on my home television, but it did not work, I emailed the company once and emailed them twice and did not get a response. A month later, I still have not heard from them, Best Buy in Midland is great. They took the product back with no fuss,
