This product did not pair well with my headphones. And then when it did it there was more than the normal delay when using Bluetooth. Best Buy sells another model, it costs more money, but is worth it as it works much better. I returned this one for the other product.

works ok, took a while to set it up, good item for the money

Very slow to connect. A button press doesn't necessarily ensure an action with the adapter. As usual, using a single LED as an indicator us useless. Spend some more and get the Fiio BTR5, it's worth it.

Very bad buy,worked literaly for half a day then stopped.So returned back to store on next day...

Since the connect cables are too short, you must be able to access the back of your TV to easily pair your Bluetooth devices. Since I didnt have easy access, this product got returned.

Taking it back to get my money back. Was not worth the purchase and did not work period. Will never by again and ordered from a different company. Not happy

I could never get it to work. Followed directions many times. I would like to give it a better review but since I couldn’t get it to work I don’t have any option. Never got a callback from customer support

it's a piece of crap and didn't do the one simple thing i bought it for, despite the product description and the answers to FAQs that led me to believe it would work as advertised.

I’m very pleased with this product, as it does everything as advertised.

Unfortunately, for me product only worked for about a week. I had to return it to my local Best Buy.

Bought this to use as a sound transmitter from my TV to my Alexa Echo. Hooked it up properly. Day one, works great! Day two, won't work, won't connect to bluetooth . Best Buy would not accept as a return (I was a day late). Anyone want to buy it?

Didn't work, no matter how I paired it, this would not work... I thought it was the device, but I tried it on several devices and it just did not work. Disappointed.

This is called a low latency product but latency was all we experienced with this unit. The audio was never even close to synced with the video. Works great for audio only (music).

It didn't work at all! Also disappointed that return policy is only 15 days! I spend a lot of money at best buy and never return anything. In this case I was out of town for 10 days and when I finally came home and went to return it, it was too late!

Does not work , hooked it up to my tv paired it with my boom speakers nothing! Sound came Out of the small Black box not speakers , tried many ways of getting it to work , dont buy not worth it!

Stopped working after a month. It's stupid that I have to type more than that in order to submit it.
