It didn't work at all! Also disappointed that return policy is only 15 days! I spend a lot of money at best buy and never return anything. In this case I was out of town for 10 days and when I finally came home and went to return it, it was too late!

This is called a low latency product but latency was all we experienced with this unit. The audio was never even close to synced with the video. Works great for audio only (music).

I’m very pleased with this product, as it does everything as advertised.

Didn't work, no matter how I paired it, this would not work... I thought it was the device, but I tried it on several devices and it just did not work. Disappointed.

Does not work , hooked it up to my tv paired it with my boom speakers nothing! Sound came Out of the small Black box not speakers , tried many ways of getting it to work , dont buy not worth it!

The BB sales consultant was great. But we could not get two different Aluratek devices to connect properly with my S9 or his iPhone and two different TVs in the store even though both phones met the proper specs. Dissapointed!

Unfortunately, for me product only worked for about a week. I had to return it to my local Best Buy.

Stopped working after a month. It's stupid that I have to type more than that in order to submit it.

we were hoping this would make a Bluetooth soundbar work well in the next room, so the cook could hear the TV --- what we got, if or when they stayed "paired," was a nauseting echo. Best Buy was great when we returned it.

Turned an old receiver into the new millennium at minimal cost

It only succeeded in bluetooth pairing to the soundbar for 3 days, then quit. Even when it was working, it was not pleasant, because there was so much delay in the speaker sound, making it almost like an echo of the TV sound.

I hooked this up to my stereo in the garage to play music from my iPhone. It worked great the first two times. I’ve tried charging the unit but I can’t get it to work at all now

I ended up buying four of these pieces of junk. All four either didn't work from the time I bought them, or they died within 30 days. I would NEVER recommend this worthless item.

The first time I tried charging it I plugged into a USB and the case melted and never worked I am going back to BB and try to get a refund

It doesn't seem to hold a charge for more than two hours when it's advertised to last 15, right in the middle of your party dies and you can't get it to go on again very embarrassing for my whole house sound system

doen not work with car Bluetooth, connected to work computer and the connection was very weak.

Connected the transmitter to my home theater projector and tried several different Bluetooth devices. Every single one had a very notable delay.

Set up is not simply plug and play. Very difficult to pair with Bluetooth ear buds. Had to call manufacturer for additional directions.

I charged the Aluratek transmitter and connected it to my TV but it wouldn't talk to my earpods that are off-market.
