I was hoping for a better experience but I had high expectations. I purchased this to connect to my guitar amplifier so I could use wireless headphones. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of latency and it doesn't work well for this purpose. Watching TV or any video for that matter would also be impacted by the latency. Should be fine to just listen to music though.

If you are looking for something to help using headphones at night to listen to the tv so your partner won’t hear the noise.

Does what it says, and does it well. My car didn't come standard with bluetooth audio, and this was a quick effective fix to let me play music in my car without upgrading my entire audio system. To me it's worth it's weight in gold for my drives to and from work.

Worked as advertised. Hooked it up to my (old) powered stereo PC speakers and easily connected my iPhone XR to the Aluratek device via Bluetooth. The sound was great and I didn't have to buy an expensive Bluetooth speaker.

Really makes my noise cancelling headphones more useful since I'm not tied down by the length of the cord. easy setup

I have some hearing loss and sometimes the hearing aids distort the sound on some tv shows. This device connects to my bluetooth buds and i can hear much better than with the hearing aids and my wife can turn the sound down on the TV and i can control the sound I hear thro6my bluetooth. Great!

It really works well, it’s my 2nd one. I use it with my regular tv -to play sound out of a bluetooth wireless speaker. I also use one to play sound from my bluetooth smart tv to my analog stereo receiver. It’s easy to set up.

Bought this to listen to podcasts from my phone through my truck speakers. Not great sound quality but it's about what I expected. Works as expected so far.

My wife and I have a nearly toddler son and another on the way. We've been able to listen to movies in silence together and it's been a wonderful experience.

This product works as advertised with a minimal amount of audio lag, meaning it matches up almost perfectly with the video on the screen. I plug this into my tv and use this to pair with headphones while using a treadmill so I don’t have to turn up the tv so loud it wakes my kids. The process of pairing takes some time and the indications that pairing was successful aren’t all that intuitive. I don’t know that I would use this for anything where you want very high quality sound but for use with headphones or personal use, it does the trick.

I use this on an audio mixing setup to convert my interfaces stereo output signal going to the monitors to bluetooth for my Bose wireless headphones. I also use it during recording sessions so I can move around in the studio without getting a headphone cable tangled up with guitars, drums etc. Works perfectly!

I originally got it for my Nintendo Switch but it was annoying to have the thing hanging off the unit. So, I have it in my car to listen to my phone through my speakers. I have it connected to the cigarette lighter all the time so it stays charged and I have it plugged into my aux input. It has had a few times with connectivity issues, but overall not bad. It kinda sucks that it doesn't have an always on feature.

We use it with our JBL 6 speakers. Work well. On start up you need to know that the sound is very loud. Minor problem

I bought this to work with my Sony xbr850 75 inch tv. Initially installed it with the supplied 6 inch audio cable but it did not work so well because the transmitter hung behind the tv so the tv blocked the line of sight to my headphones. I got a long enough cable so the transmitter hung down below the tv as not to block it's signal to my headphones then it worked just fine. When not in use I tuck it up between tv and wall bracket to keep it out of sight. As for it's function as a receiver I have not tried yet, I don't have a need for that at least for now.
