I use Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones for travel, and while I can connect to airplane entertainment systems for international travel via cords and adapters, it really negates the benefit of Bluetooth. So I bought one of these to see how they would work on an transpacific flight on an airline that uses two-prong mini plugs for their systems. I used my two-prong mini plug adapter with this Bluetooth transmitter to connect my Bluetooth headphones to the airplane entertainment system, and it worked almost flawlessly. Did not notice any audio lag, even on action movies. Granted, an airplane entertainment system isn't exactly high fidelity, so I can't speak to audio lag on better TVs/audio systems. But if you're looking for something to use while traveling, this is perfect. Size is also perfect for travel

Love it! I have a LG smart TV with a 3.5 mm headphone jack and connected this to the jack and now have Bluetooth connections! I bought this to reduce the TV volume in the house (I am hard of hearing and keep the TV at 25+). I purchased an extension cable because I got tired of moving the TV to turn it on/off, and now it is easy to charge since it is set up closer to the outlet behind the stereo system. I originally paired it with Raycon E55 buds, but I use those everywhere I go and wanted a stationary set of headphones for home. Purchased the Jlabs studio pro anc over the ear wireless headphones and they paired in 15 seconds. Both can charge overnight and be ready each day for use! Now I can have the TV on my volume (25) and the house can be much lower(8).

This unit is great because it works as both a receiver and transmitter, so I can use it to stream music via bluetooth from my phone/laptop/tablet to my receiver, as well as use it to transmit audio from my receiver to my bluetooth headphones. Very easy to pair in both modes, couldn't be happier!

This was a gift for someone. As far as I know, she has not had a problem with it. I have two, and they can be a pain to set up. One just needs to be patient. Once synced, they are good as a transmitter and receiver. As long as you have an aux in and an headphone out you are good to go.

A lot of the info said I would get about 4 hours run time. I went on a road trip and streamed music from my phone over bluetooth the entire trip. It lasted almost the entire trip! It ran nonstop for 7 hours and 42 minutes. I also use it in the house for heaphones with my television. I get around 6 hours of time that way. The only flaw I have found is having to constantly pair it to the same thing over and over. It's not hard, but it is a inconvenience.

I have to turn it on manually when I get in the car even though I just leave it plugged in, but this is a great solution to only having aux in my old Buick. Sounds great, no complaints other than it not powering on with the USB charge signal. No issues with phone calls or anything like that.

My car doesn’t have blue tooth for the audio system and iPhone 15 doesn’t allow streaming through USB so I was stuck. I tried a USB A Male to 12V Car Cigarette Lighter Socket Female Converter Cable 2 bit found it too bulky & in the way with poor sound quality. Took a shot at this & it solved my issues. Easy to install and use with excellent sound quality. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Initially this was kinda glitchy. The instructions say NOT to update the software but I did anyways. Now it works great. One or twice it stopped working but I think it was due to EM interference from power lines. I just unplugged it and plugged it back in then it worked great again. Overall I am very pleased with this.

This unit is very well designed and easy to use. Very compact. I did return the unit because the range was not what I needed It is supposed to go 30-35ft. Which is about what I needed but that include going through 2 walls and it would not quite do that.

When I use the alratek with my bagpipe chanter and the shirt included cord, it woks fine. When I used it with a longer cord, there was considerable latency between the time I played a note and the time I heard the note through my speakers. Conclusion, it works for me as long as I don’t mind it dangling from my electronic chanter.

Transmitter performs as expected. Only issue I faced is getting the connection to stay on between Transmitter and speakers. Each time the TV was turned off, the connection between the Transmitter and Speakers was disconnected. Need to sync each time. Not sure if it is a transmitter issue or a speaker issue. Double check on your end before purchasing that both components are compatible. If they are, then Product works well and as advertised.

Works just as described. Needed a way to get better sound for my record player, and this does the trick without me having to go buy all new wired speakers. Definitely recommend

This item allows me to use my Bluetooth headphones with my TV that isn’t Bluetooth capable. It has good range. It transmits throughout my apartment. I am very happy with this purchase! I have two of them, one for each TV.

We bought this so our Vizio TV could transmit audio through Bluetooth to our speaker system. It works great. The only minor inconvience the box has shut down a few times after the TV was turned off overnight. But this has only happened about 3 times in the last few months. I am not sure what length of time leads to the receiver shutting down. Most nights we shut the TV off though and it works fine the next day. The fix is simple though, just hold the power button on the Aluratek until the blue light comes on and then the speakers pair up automatically again.

Great value and sound. Range is about as advertised. I am using with two Bluetooth headphones and not experiencing any lag from the TV. it was a little tricky learning how to pair with Bose headphones but not too bad once you figure it out.

Once you figure out how to pair it with head phones it works well. The directions are not intuitive. The pairing takes what seems to be forever. Patience is the key to getting this to work.

Took a while to get working but it works. Have to make sure the switch is on the right mode. Headphones also took a little bit to pair but I promise it does work.
