Awful customer support

The dongle is not connecting to an Amazon Echo Dot and the extent of support I've received over two weeks has been four emails, all to the extent of "Have you tried connecting it?" I asked if they could call or at least send more than one email in a 24 hour period and they just ignore me. Ridiculous.

Awful sound quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up. But absolutely awful sound quality. Bought to extend the life of a non Bluetooth audio dock but I’d rather deal with an aux cable than deal with the poor sound.
