The jack fits both the audio input on the plane and the audio input on the “whisperer” devices used by many tour companies.

Good product, but didn't work for my use

I wanted to use it with my wireless earbuds for an in-ear monitor while playing guitar, but there was too much delay for it to be practical. About 1/2 a second from when I'd play or sing til when I'd hear it in my ear, very disorienting. It may just have been impractical on my part to think it would work for this application. I'm sure it would be fine for other uses. I returned it.
