Also you need to adjust the microphone if you have like a headset, The output audio sometimes goes to the camera instead of the headset. You need good lighting to show everything clear and warm.

Average quality camera

The microphone quality is poor unless your close to the camera. The built in camera on my dell laptop is superior.

I've had 3 virtual meetings, 2 virtual interviews using this camera and microphone system. They get the job done. If you need Radio or TV quality sound, get another microphone and plan accordingly. For my needs, this works.

It was so simple to set it up, in that all I did was plug it in to one of the USB ports on my Win 10 box and it was already working. The only anomaly I've found is that if there is a tinge of ESD (Electro Static Discharge), the camera image will actually change orientation. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints about this product.
