I went through three of thes things. First one wouldn’t pair, second one worked fine just long enough to expire the warranty, third one went bad in three days.

This device doesn't work. It starts blinking like it's going to connect to somethingbut it never pairs. Don't waste your time or money. Look for something else.

I was excited to receive and use as it's wireless pairing with my phone by just plugging into aux. Upon Bluetooth connection and using with Spotify, no sound came out of my speakers. I had to fumble with the device connected to the aux of my car and either no sound, very distorted where you couldn't hear any bass, or sound only from one speaker. My advice, save your money and pass up on this little device. Use a long aux cable and plug that into your vehicle aux and phone... Guaranteed sound all the time!

This product is expensive for what it is. Works connected for about ten minutes then stops working wile still connected. Not happy with this bought for my 2015 jeep used through aux port.

its kind frustrating because I have to turn the volume way up to hear it on the Bose receiver, but then if I go back to another source I blow the room away with loudness.

I got this to match the Aluratek transmitter which has been outstanding. This started out promising but went downhill fast. It'll mysteriously drop the pairing sometimes after a couple days, sometimes after a day.

The device would never connect correctly with my MacBook Pro and had a very patchy connection. The product worked fine with my iPhone perfectly, but never with my Mac.

I had one just like it and the old one held a battery charge a lot longer. Other than that it's good. You can't listen to it when it is charging because it produces background noise.

the reception is not too great. i wanted this to work but have gone bad to plugging my iPhone into the glovebox connector in my 2012 Audi W5, I am only one model year from having the bluetooth. UGH!!

I actually returned the first one that I bought and purchased this new one to try it again. I was told at the Customer Service counter that the first one was defected. However, after a day of using this new one, it stopped working again. I'm not sure what's wrong with the product but it seems to only work for about 1-2 days and then it "dies". After that, it works for maybe 10-15 minutes at a time and doesn't work again the entire time I'm in the car.

This Bluetooth receiver is great and the battery lasts for several days when fully charged.

What a great little product. If you've got a car without bluetooth, this device is amazing.

Great little device. Works very well... Until the cheap aux and charger cable break on you. Lasts a year, don't expect longevity.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for someone I actually like. My intention was not to be cruel but this is actually something you buy for someone you DON’T like. The output was extremely low and there was a constant buzz on any system she used this with. Thinking I had a defective one, I went back to Best Buy to exchange it. The clerk told me not to bother, that she returns them all the time and they’re all cheap junk. Her advice? Get a refund and buy something else. I think that’s sound.

I thought I was going to be able to use my Bluetooth headphones but this device does not have that capability. Debating whether I should keep it.

It was an awesome piece of gear for the first two weeks but after that it just stopped working and will not turn on anymore. It won't even charge at all.

Best Buy has wonderful customer service. I was sold this item by a salesperson and turns out it didn't work at all, and Best Buy quickly issued a refund - thank you for the excellent customer service!

Purchased this to make our stereo that doesn't have Bluetooth have it to play music. Connected fine but the phone had to be laying on it or the connection was lost. Range is terrible.

It worked flawlessly...until the battery died. Not I have to find a charger that fits. Better off just using a cable to connect your media player, since you're technically uaing one anyway.

Product was working great exactly what I wanted! It than stopped charging after the first time I ever charged it. Also the wire is very thin and I will eventually give out
