Carried my laptop to Geek squad. They said couldn’t be fixed and was advised to buy webcam/microphone combo. Did so. Showed my laptop to my business partner, and he related to use Chrome as my browser for goggle meet. Logged in using this browser, set up a meeting via Google meet, audio/video both worked so I needlessly spent $85 because Geek squad said laptop not repairable. How do you explain this like of experience and expertise by Best Buy Geek Squad whose feedback result in me unnecessarily paying $85 senselessly? Seriously?

So far so good! My son got this to use with his PC and it has been a great devise so far. The light is an extra feature and for the price it has been great!

This purchase has been used to enhance zoom presentations. I would recommend it highly as it has worked well and helped eliminate differences in the 'picture' due to room lighting.

This is a good little webcam for the price. Plug and play -- no problem setting it up and getting it to work right out of the box. Very pleased with it so far.

This is an amazing webcam, Im using it for classes at college and it has options to change the light brightness and it is very clear! I am very happy with my purchase.

Pretty neat product and much cheaper than parallel Softlogic cameras. The ring light is bright enough so you can easily use in it low-light situations.

It's a good webcam and ring light, but if you have two people on he screen, it has a problem focusing and you come out blurred.

Pleasantly surprised! Works good and i use with my speaker and with this built in microphone it all works great with no feedback. Video is crisp and adequate!

Good camera quality for the price. I just wish there was a cover on the camera. I always forget to turn it off.

The image isn't as clear as I'd like and I am still messing with the settings. The ring light has a bluish undertone and can wash you. Still, very good value for money.

I like the webcam but I do have a problem. I need for coverage a cord that is longer and or a lapel mike as the built in dropes quality at over 4 feet.

Nice camera for the price. You have the ability to turn on or turn off the oval light. Light helps a little but won't help that much if you're in a pitch black room.

Very reliable quality for content creators, built in microphone works well but I wouldn't rely on it for a professional sound, other than that the video quality is stunning!

An excellent product a little pricey for what your buying. I purchased as cardiac issue are in my family, no problems yet but I like being prepared

Upgrade webcam for meetings per user request to have lighting. This works well for them and would purchase this brand again for web meetings.

I usually stream with the lights off. The light ring around the camera is perfect for me. It lights up my face great. The light didn't get to hot. Overall great camera

quite good, I was surprised. the picture is a tad soft... and the little lights it adds don't do a whole lot, but I'm admittedly not zooming in the dark, so YMMV

Thisbis a nice and great web cam for Zoom meetings… i got two of them and recomended this this a friend… plus we got them on sale at $34 each..

Good starting webcam. I grabbed this for starting my stream. I plan to update in the future, but it is doing a great job so far. The built in lighting is very nice.
