    Aside from the annoying autofocusing "feature" which continuously searches for a focal point, the quality of the video is great. I was excited about the built in ring light but it wasn't needed as the camera's low light capability is very good. However, the microphone is terrible and it's a deal breaker if you plan on using it for your audio stream. I tested the webcam on three different computers and the microphone performance was unacceptable on all of them. Product will be returned to Best Buy.

    I got this product to use on my monitor. The camera and light were good, but the mounting system is pretty poor... I wound up putting it aside and going back to my laptop camera. It just wouldn't stay on the monitor.

    Video quality is good, but I do wish that the temperature of the light was adjustable. It's a cool/blue tone, so I use it without the light and an additional clip light with a warmer tone. Overall I'm happy with it as a camera.

    the mic makes a noise as if your outside with a bunch of bugs it squeals and there is no sound to pick up when I did the mic test it shows there is noise but there isn't any. even put it on a different computer. The camera works fine. so the directional noise canceling does not work. I never have been able to use it with the mic which is why I purchased it so I would not have to where earphones.
