Seemed nice, but I couldn't make it work

I plugged the USB cable into my late-model desktop powerhouse Windows 10 machine, got a quick message that the device had installed itself. When I clicked on the "camera" icon, nothing happened and no Windows options worked to proceed (grayed out).. The light works fine, and I once WATCHED a Zoom meeting briefly, but when I tried to respond I got an error message that there was no microphone connected. Repeated tries failed. I WISH it had worked (nice light).

Disappointing

Camera does not like my LED can lights and has constant scan lines and my Mac doesn't let me change the refresh rate. Back to the big blue box it goes

Grainy- Not the best mic either.

It over exposes with no adjustment. There is no indicator light to tell me if the camera is actually viewing. And the ring light that should illuminate my face has not worked since day one. Maybe that’s why it was half off.

Worthless Light, Average Camera

I set up the webcam on my monitor, started a Zoom session with a friend, and tried the different brightness levels. My friend didn't notice any difference from the light be off to the brightest level. Immediately returned the camera and getting a separate webcam and ring light.

horrendous quality and WAY TOO BRIGHT

I plugged it in and picture quality for the price was horrendous. I took back and bought another webcam with no light and a shutter for probably 40 cheaper and I live my amazon one. Not good selection at best buy for cams. Go online and get it
