Webcam picture quality good. Mic is good. Attachment to computer screen works but is NOT secure. Definitely could have done better at the attachment. Install is easy but NO instructions so i had to call the company for help. Customer service was prompt and answered question

Amazingly simple. Plugged it into my Windows 10 computer and in seconds it was up and running. Beautiful, clear and crisp picture. Neat features and very easy to use. You do not have to be a geek to operate this webcam with professional results. Also, Best Buy was great. I ordered this online, drove over to the store, checked in from the parking lot, and in less than 3 minutes, they brought it out to my car and I was on my way back home! The way business should be done to keep you coming back!

To be honest at first i am not looking on this brand to consider in purchasing a webcam. A friend told me that he is using this and he is satisfied. So i gave it a try. I went to bestbuy and search for this brand. With hesitation i still bought it and give it a try. This webcam is really easy to setup. Actually it is a plug and play gadget. Few days later. I need to attend a zoom meeting and also to try this one. Inwas surprised because most of the people i know in the meeting noticed that my video is sharp and crisp. I was so happy. I am greatful that i got this as my webcam. I highly recommend this to all my friend actually i already did. I am planning of getting another webcam from aluratek. Thank you.

This is a great camera! First, it is very easy to set up. As soon as I plugged in the USB, it was ready to go. Also, the camera is super clear, definitely better than the standard computer camera. It also comes with a shield to cover the camera when you want some privacy. Overall,this is a great product.

Super easy set set up; "plug-and-play" was not an exaggeration. Good picture, great price. Have not used the mic/speakers; I work in a cube farm so I'm all headphones or earbuds all the time. Nice and small, easy to carry as needed. I wish it rotated sideways, but it just turns the picture sideways.

Very easy to install and use. The picture quality is very good and I'm tole that the sound is clear as well.

I purchased this webcam for a teacher that needed to teach from home. Setup was easy. Plugged it in and there it was. Picture was good. A little grainy but not enough to return the webcam. Then there was the audio. Had to hold the webcam right in front of my mouth for the audio to even register. Went through every setting in Windows 10 that I could find. Nothing helped. I then took it to another computer in the house with the same results. Took it to a third computer, same results. Online support from Aluratek is almost non existent. Web searches turned up no troubleshooting assistance. It just shows up as "Webcam" in the Device Manager. Wound up returning it and buying another brand that worked perfectly. Could the one I bought have been a dud? Sure. But I needed one right away.

easy set up, plug & go. Works in windows 11. Picture is clear, mics work well. Like the security screen closure that you can use or prefer not to use. Well worth the money on the large discounted price.

easy setup, I use this for zoom meetings. clear picture great little gadget. Only thing my pc monitor is kinda round so I had to use heavy duty velcro So far great

Easy to set up. Works well on my Windows 10 desktop PCS. Good 4K video quality and built-in mic sounds good on web conferences such as Zoom, Teams and WebEx.

Excellent product with easy setup .

This webcam is passable, but not solid for the price. It's super easy to use on both Mac and PC, just plug and play. But it has trouble tracking focus for even basic movements. You will spend a lot of time with the camera "hunting" for focus. I've had several people comment on it during meetings. It also overexposes compared to my laptop cameras. That makes everything look kind of pale and washed out. Really nails the white balance though. Last thing is that I've had issues with the built in mics. Zoom and Webex seem to register them as the lowest volume even when on max sensitivity. In summary, it's a decent choice if in a pinch. But definitely leaves a lot wanting.
