    I really tried to use this headset but a couple things that make these not useful for me and all I use these for is Teams and Zoom meetings. 1) the sound is so muffled I have a hard time understanding what is being said and have to ask to have things repeated. Frustrating for me and the person on the other end. 2) It seems the mute button on the headset doesn't work, At first I thought it didn't have but reading the instructions, it does but it will not turn on, so I have to use the computer to mute which in inconvenient since I move around from time to time.
