Love this item.. end up buying 2 more as gifts.. I wish I would’ve brought another one before it sold out.. although my kids make fun of me when i wear it, I don’t care.. my new favorite!!! Now everyone ask me where did I purchase this item from.

Volume is low, headset is too tight. I enjoyed the luxury of being about to move freely with it being wireless but it was too tight on my head.

Unfortunately I was not happy with this item and have returned it. I don’t think it is full Duplex which means sound cannot travel two ways at once thus the sound cuts out. It is also very sensitive to background sound again causing sound to cut in and out. I paid 50 plus dollars for this and feel like it should be a better product for that price.

Headset works great. Good volume and was easy to connect to computer. If I have to say 1 negative is you must power off, it doesn’t turn off even when plugged in to charge it must be powered down first. Great earpiece still!!!

I bought this for my wife since she’s been working from home and needed a decent wireless headset, needless to say it works great and she really liked the size of it. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a headset.

Would not recommend this. It has a bad lag time when something occurs such as a phone/Teams call and when you actually hear the sound. On-ear pads are skinny and hurt after 50-60 minutes. The position of buttons to control power and volume need to be relocated. When you adjust the headset or move to remove it from your head, you can power it off and not know it.

The headphones worked perfectly the first time I used them but I've not been able to get them to work/sync since that time. Bought it for the many Zoom meetings that I attend but now have to depend on my computer's sound and microphone.

Got it on sale hoping it would be a decent wireless headset for work. Unfortunately I had to return it for a different headset as I could not get the mute button to work. Also the adaptor that it comes with doesn't work...it does have bluetooth but was hoping to use the plug in adaptor as well.

Great for working online and doing conference calls. I bought my wife a headset also. We are both on back to back conference calls all day. I especially like the fact that unit has USB Type C for charging.

I did notice the buttons got broken, you have to press hard for volume, no noise detect

I could hear on the headset but outbound Sound would not work and people couldn’t hear me so had to return the headset.

Okay wireless headphone. Not a great a picking up voices but does the job. Got it on sale.

It was comfortable to wear but voice on microphone was choppy
