Even getting on sale they stink in quality.. sound quality is not that good... I returned it

It does not connect properly with windows. The sound on the other side is not clear.

For the price the headset functions VERY well. It's not a $100+ headset but is very functional for the price. Kudos to a great sales rep. Did not over sell. Managed my expectations well and I'm satisfied.

Becomes difficult to focus as it covers only one ear. Would not recommend.

Each time I rebooted my computer the driver would revert away from this headset driver. The headset would not work. I had to change the driver in Windows 10 to get the headset working again each morning. I could not answer calls, pick up a call from the headset which was the major reason I wanted a wireless headset.

For sure others are better than this one. Good enough and it will do the job.

This was on deal for the day...got it for grandson. He loves it. He checked it out right away and was very pleased with it...of course I always buy a service plan with it...

Once I figured out I didn't need the usb it connected easily to my laptop . I have construction going on in the basement and the sound did not carry through the mic on my conference calls.

Haven't used them yet but I bought a pair for my son and he loves them

Need charging often. Doesn't hold charge well. Don't like that.

Quality is fine, especially for the cost after a steep price drop. The multifunction button does seem to let you turn it off, though. Even if this a on wake-up function, so it is in constant standby, this doesn‘t make sense.

Receiving a signal to hear people was not good. It would also bump me off.

Bought two of these (On sale, $20 each) and apparently got what I paid for. I have one for personal use paired to my Samsung phone, and one for work use paired to my work iPhone. Although I've had no trouble with pairing or reception, I've gotten complaints on nearly every call on either headset that the caller either couldn't hear me or my voice was badly staticky/garbled. They are effectively unusable. I'd try to get them replaced but I have no faith that the replacements would be any better.

Works great. Bought it because I started working from home and it has helped noise leve to where my customers can’t hear anything but my voice.

This is THE WORST purchase you can ever buy if you need a headset for your computer. As in, you work from home. I am IT. I work from home. The MUTE button, on the side of the head set DOES NOT WORK with ANY COMPUTER. PERIOD. Only phones. No where in the packaging NOR instructions does it state that it does not work with computers. You can call their tech support team at 866-580-1978. opt 2 and even THEY WILL TELL YOU that the MUCH NEEDED MUTE BUTTON on this "headset" does not work with computers. There are several reviews out there with same complaint. Dont waste your time unless you just want something and muting is no issue for you.

Sound quality wasn't the best. My ear got super warm wearing them with the full ear piece. Tried returning them, but was a day past Best Buy's return policy and they wouldn't refund or exchange them. Left super disappointed. Not sure if we will buy from them again.

Pricey and not worth it. Worked great for a month, nothing but problems since. Connection poor, constant static, echos, having to check for updates and reasons for why the thing doesn't connect.

They are not good for work from home. They are neat if you do a zoom call every once in a while, but they are not very xonfortable and the call quality is poor. I think its because the bluetooth on these is very cheap since other headsets work way better.

This headset works great for me. I work from home and it gives me my hands for other things when on the phone.
