    I purchased this headset for use on work calls. On the very first call, I was told right away that my voice sounded like I was in a tunnel or underwater. Only then did I look at some of the questions asked about this headset on the Best Buy website, and noticed that other customers have had the exact same issue. In some of those cases, the customer was suggested to call Aluratek support. I did so, but they had no troubleshooting suggestions other than returning the item.
