not a good headset at all

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.as much as it pains me, and i dont want to say. this thing is a pile of garbage. i tried really hard bc i like the idea of a mono bluetooth headset with boom mic. but to be honest it never worked right. always lost audio. had issues pairing every time, and when i got it to finally work i had so many complains that it sounded like i was in a subway tunnel. i returned this item. on the plus side, no hassle from best buy. thank you for that.
