Poor audio quality

I continually am told by those I am on a call with the audio is breaking up, sounds robatic, or very distance. I have tried adjusting the mic, using the dongle instead of blue tooth and connecting through my phone instead of my computer. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Will not turn on or pair. Charged it. Still will not turn on or pair. Notice a lot of complaints about this headset. I will return today and make due with old wired headset until I can find something that works.

Due to an error code stating that my microphone couldn’t be found. I still can’t be heard on zoom and now I am stuck with something I can’t use.
