Not worth the money cuts out way too much for the money!

Had to return this item. The sound quality was extremely disappointing on various conference calls. The feedback i received was that it sounded like I was underwater at various points in our exchanges.

Really didn’t get the opportunity to see how useful this was. Even after charging for several hours the headset would not power on. Returned for refund as I no longer needed the product.

Terrible. Use this for work and have to replace it. I hope I can exchange but it is completely deficient. Periodically poor reception and daily complaints about the quality of the microphone.

This item did not work - it did not hold a charge. I tried charging with my computer and then plugged into an outlet overnight and it still would not turn on. I returned the device.

Piece of junk. says it is paired but isn't. Help desk at aluratek sounds like he woke up to answer the call after many rings. His solution was to return to store.

I have tried to get this item to work, but it simply does not. I would return it for credit, but I have misplaced the box and the receipt. Definitely do not buy this item.

I was excited to use these for computer conference calls, The reception was great, the transmission is terrible. I can’t use them, too many complaints!!3

I bought this to use for work,,, but this thing dont work. It will not mute and I need this thing to mute when i scream at the customers.. I hate it

Bought these a week ago, decided today to put them on my other ear. I flipped the microphone over and they no longer work. Returning them today.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Went through two to these. In both cases, they charged up, but neither would turn on. There are similar/cheaper available at favorite online outlets.

This was not worth the money, purchased for work and the mute Function did not work. Also half of the time my clients were telling me I sounded like a static robot voice. Returned to store.

Terrible product it worked fine for a few months but lately when I am on work call, it is ecstatic and people can't hear or barely can.

Very bad feedback noise from the mic to the speaker. No background noise canceling at all. Not a good product.

Before 1 month of service , the microphone stopped working . Probably the worst headphone I ever bought .

Horrible - I work from home and got this on sale. All of my clients told me that I sounded miles away from the phone when using this device.

Worthless. Didn't work. Literally didn't work. No driver support. Seriously just a paperweight. Poorly built flimsy plastic paperweight.

Not worth it, microphone made me would like I was underwater. Tried dongle and it didn’t get any better, look for a different option.

Had to return this item, the echo was really bad. I played with the mike and the settings and couldn’t get the echo to go away.
