These headphones are comfortable and have good audio quality. In that sense, they are very nice. The drawbacks are the weight and the odd position of the answer button. Because these are heavy, they fall off easily if one is wearing them while doing things around the house or anywhere else. I haven't found any adjustment that fixes that problem. They adjust somewhat for size, but they never feel more secure. I also find the answer button too small and in a position that isn't intuitive to me. If one is just sitting at a desk taking calls, this will be nice. For more activity, this headphone might be slightly less desirable. I bought this at a discount, and I'm very pleased.

Microphone is not good people say that they can’t hear me

The microphone is very weak. Will keep looking for a better product.

Getting driver error when connecting Dongle with the laptop.

On my end everything was great - good sound, etc. Headset a little heavier than expected but sturdy. Complaints from people I called - some said audio echoed, others (on a conference call) said sound was garbled. All calls made with my cell phone in my hand from my living room. Back it goes!

I've had 2 of these headsets within the last year to year an a half for work. For both, the buttons have gone out/failed. Even the volume buttons which I rarely touch have failed and no longer press like they should. Decent headset but this problem makes them unusable- and having it happen to 2 of them so soon? No thanks, not good. I even took my 2nd one apart hoping I could do something to fix it but as far as I can tell the switches mounted into the internals are shot.

you know what this is literally so bad, like i bought this cause it was in my price range and i was going to use it for streaming on twitch well guess what during my discord call, my friend told me my voice was crunchy and annoying when i was using the mic the only good thing about it is i can mute the mic its very bad dont even think about buying it even if its in your price range and its not comfortable, it makes me feel like its going to fall off and the right ear side doesnt even have a sound thing yea, i guess its for video conference and chat after all but I never used it for streaming when my friend told me, i got yesterday and decided to try it out and called my friends they noticed i got a new headset because my voice was crunchy.

They sound great and keep out the surrounding environmental sounds.

Horrible, do yourself a favor and do not buy this. The best buy i visited had horrible selection for computer headsets under 100$, this seemed like my best option. I WAS WRONG. Horrible product, received Dongle error instantly, when i finally got it to work, microphone sounded absolutely terrible out the box, practically inaudible. Customer service is not available on weekends. I pray to god best buy will let me return this hunk of garbage.

I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Did not connect to my computer. Tech could not resolve. Could not serve the sole purpose I bought it for.
