I have been told k sound robotic on this device. But for the price it is decent.

Bought this cause of the great price and to replace an old headset I was using for WFH. Unfortunately my customers could not hear me well or said I sounded like I was underwater or in a tunnel. My old headset was crystal clear. Also this is very bulky to be wearing for a 10 hour shift. I will have to return this one.

.............Blue tooth is a must these days for most people who us there cells and other electronics plus it looks pretty cool. So futurerisic.. . ...........................

Great product and sound. You cannot use the doggle in your laptop if the laptop has Bluetooth , which is what I would rather use, but it does work very well, via Bluetooth.

They as described on the website. I havent had any complaints from people i was talking to about not being able to understand me.

Good headset! my husband is a trucker and lasted him almost 2years,til it stopped working.other than that, it worked great!

Just bought this BT headset for $18 on the Deal of the Day for use with my cell phone. The quality is amazingly good and the noise cancelling feature is a huge plus!

Works very well with my iPhone. Sound is clear and folks could hear me perfectly. I had to make a hundred phone calls in a short period of time - this helped immensely.

Very disappointed w the quality of this wireless headphone for my home office... the sound voice quality is not adequate.. callers keep saying they couldn’t heard my voice.. n I had the volume up… I was hopping this would work..since suppose to have a long battery life., ! I return them..

Just couldn't get used to the headset. Didn't sit comfortably on me without a second earpiece. I'm sure it would have been fine, but just didn't "fit" me well??

Works fairly well except sometimes when I turn it on even though it says it syncs to my pc, the microphone doesn’t work. Which isn’t great when half of your day of working remotely is Microsoft Teams Meetings where voice chat is vital. I did pick this up as a daily deal so it was very discounted which is why I’m giving it a 5 star on price.

I use these almost every day and they work great. Reliable and good sound quality. They have been dropped a few times and continue to work.

This microphone is wireless and has the capabilities to connect to more than 1 device at the same time. The only thing i didn't really like was its not true noise canceling. Overall a good purchase.

This headset works great for both using it as a Microphone or just listening to music while waiting for a call or working on the computer

Mute button does not work on pc battery life is great

These Bluetooth headphones are great for the price! I would of bought 2 pair if i knew they were this great!

The design and comfort is ideal. to be able to adjust the mic is a plus. but when I attend the meetings other participants complain about the sound quality. Looks like I will end up switching it soon

I ran into an unusual situation with the Aluratek - Wireless Bluetooth Headset that I purchased to help me at work. I am on the phone most of the time and I needed to be "hands-free" so I could type. I was not able to get the headset to "sync-up" with our special phone system and had to return it. I was not aware that it needed to be returned within 14 days and I was over that time. Jaime was kind to allow me a return past the 14 days since Best Buy was not able to get a device to go with my phone system situation. GREAT SERVICE!

It works very well. I can easily sync it with bluetooth to my laptop. I like the ability to connect to my laptop anywhere.
