The headsets are great but would not connect to my computer. I was not able to get any volume. I hear from others is a great brand. I believe need to upgrade my computer.

I love this headset. It has great sound and people say the quality of the voice they hear is excellent.

The quality of the mic is a little off. The colors cannot hear me as well they complain of static and that it’s going in and out. Also the little Power buttonIs depressed and And now it doesn’t work.

I bought this item as a deal of the day and was excited as the price was really cheap. Well you get what you pay for. I got the device to pair with my computer and my phone and could hear fine. However, when I tried to speak, people told me I sounded garbled and could barely hear me or they couldn't hear me at all. I have other bluetooth devices that I have used without any issues so it isn't the device it paired with, it was this headset. I took this back to the store as it wasn't working properly.

Headset is a bit large and very heavy. It does not stay in place for long if you drop your head. I do not recommend it, unless you have a larger head that can support the weight and have it fit so it stays in place.

Great headset for the money especially on sale. It gets good distance and has good sound quality

The sound quality in is good. The sound quality out throuhh the microphone is not good. My coworkers complain that it is very muffled like I'm speaking under water. So it is not going to work for me.

Headset is comfortable, but I couldn't get the mute button to work (a big reason I bought this headset). I contacted the company for tech support & was told the mute feature does not work in Windows. I returned the headset.
