We love the frig on the top and the freezer on the bottom. Only complaint is that we had to turn up the cooling level for the frig to "5" instead of the recommended "4" but the frig temp still doesn't stay down to the 37 degrees as recommended. There is also a fan that comes on a lot. Sometimes runs for a short time and then turns off or will run for a short time and then the compressor runs. Not sure if it has something to do with the defrost or if it's just that way because the freezer is on the bottom.

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic it took me a while to visit the store but Best Buy worked with me patiently. i really appreciated their patience. thank you Best Buy/ Geek Squad.

With the exception the newer is slightly smaller. But it's made in the USA! Hope it lasts the 13 years just like the old one!

Needed a Repair After About a Year, Still Noisy

Glad I had gotten the Geek Squad coverage for it, as the repair was free, but it still makes a lot of loud clicking noises, potentially from frozen water in the system that wasn't completely cleared out during the repair. The inside of the fridge is a little cheap-looking and comes with an annoying sticker that is hard to get off without goo-remover, which you don't really want to be rubbing near where you store your lettuce. I don't understand why anyone still uses stickers that are hard to remove.

It must have been there all along because I didn't pull it out for any reason after the delivery.
