Condition was great at the store but delivered damaged refrigerator (front door dent)

I purchased a refrigerator on line 6/04/21 that was received 6/08/21 dinged and scratched. Photos were taken upon receipt. The refrigerator received is definitely ’B Stock’ quality. Never buying from Best Buy again!

The only reason I gave this refrigerator a low rating was the 2 gentlemen that delivered my new refrigerator up to the second level in my condo, damaged the walls in several areas.

Very bad refrigerator after one month of purchase fails warranty not able to repair and make us wait for over 2 months by now and still not repair please do not buy this junk of fridge

Both sides of this fridge broke within the first week. It's been another week and still waiting on parts to fix it.

This thing has given me issues since I bought it. They are coming to allegedly repair it for the 4th time.

Refrigerate went bad after 13 days Picked out a different one and trying to get this one picked up and the new on delivered. Supposed to delivered Tuesday the 8th but didn't happen.

The handles are loose. Every time I open the frig I have to readjust

It started leaking already and it hasn’t even been 1 year. Tried to get service since I got a protection plan but they are sending me to the company. Very disappointed

Not a good fit. Very appreciative for such a last minute need being that my refrigerator when out and was in need of another one on the spot.

The fridge has turn color and the warranty services do not want to cover it the fridge looks bad

It broke after 2 weeks. The freezer stopped freezing.

Fridge exceeds expectations. Works well & looks nice. I have had no problems with noise, or the water dispenser as some mention in their reviews. The freezer space is small but what do you expect from a 33" fridge! As long as you don't bulk-buy a ton it is enough space.

We bought this refrigerator freezer to replace an old Amana that worked fabulously for 30+ years. We are constrained by a maximum height of 67.5" which gave us only 2 options. We went with the Amana because we liked the old one. This unit is the most poorly designed refrigerator/freezer I have ever experienced. On the refrigerator side: the shelves do not go all the way to the back wall of the unit. The cold water coil is back there. To accommodate it, an unnecessary 4" gap is left in the ENTIRE bottom half of the fridge, into which things fall. If something spills on the coil, it would be impossible to clean. The upper part of the fridge has a gap of 1.5", better but taken together the gaps reduce usable capacity to 20 cu ft. The shelves are not adjustable; the only place for an item taller than a milk carton, such as an open bottle of wine, is in the door. (Open the door abruptly and crash, over goes the bottle.). There are 4 discrete temperature settings, the lowest of which isn't cold enough and the second lowest freezes all the produce in the lower half of the fridge. The door handles do not lock on and threaten to fall off every time you open the door. (I had to glue them on.) On the freezer side, the ice maker uses up 1/3 of the storage space in the door and 1/4 of the shelf space, further reducing usable space by over 2 cu ft. (Were down to 18 cu ft.) Most of the freezer shelves are adjustable and a good design but the shelf over the bottom bin doesn't attach and comes off when you are trying to take things out of the bin or load things onto the shelf. (I had to duct tape it on.) There are only a few things that I can say that are positive - the stainless steel looks nice, the ice maker works well and the casters work well making it easy to clean behind and under the unit. SURELY they can do better than this! We have decided to redesign the cabinet over the refrigerator so we can dump this piece of poorly designed junk ASAP. Don't buy it.

The only problem I have with this refrigerator is that it's very noisy and it rusts other than that it works fine

Love my new refrigerator. Has a lot more room on the refrigerator side than I thought. Freezer side is a little small but I have a freezer. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is outside does show finger prints, I haven't figured out hot to clean it without looking smudged.

We are pleased wth our Amana refrigerator. The was damage to the dairy drawer cover as delivered, but calling customer service the same day resulted in a replacement within 7 days. Icemaker started within a few hours, no problems. We're especially pleased with the interior lights and several clear shelves which make it easy to see most all foods throughout the refrigerator side. It's been a good buy so far.

received this unit 05/09/2021 after purchasing in Feb. nothing works but the water dispenser, no ice, freezer won't work. refrigerator half won't get cold enough ( 62 ) degrees. two small dents in the door. had to install the unit myself will a friends help. needed to search the yard for the rear wheel that fell out before I could level it. happy I still have the old unit on the patio to use. called the company , and they said they will send a repairman out in one week. so--with some luck I will have bought a a repaired Amana instead of a worry free new one. with covid 19, this seems like a normal thing anymore

We like the refrigerator but it was a pain in the butt at first. It took a week to stay at a regular temperature. And the door handles are stupid. They don’t screw in or anything. It took a grown man to put all his weight on the handle to get them pushed down enough where they wouldn’t keep coming off.
