I've been using this refrigerator for over a year now Freezer: (1) Very small and amount of space and narrow (we had to store our Thanksgiving turkey at our neighbor's house before it was time to thaw it out) (2) Shelves within freezer can be removed but the height is not adjustable (3) I'm very skeptical that a box of Dole Dippers would actually fit in the top shelf of the freezer door (see product images) Refrigerator: (1) There's a significant amount of dead space between the back of the crisper bins and the back wall of the refrigerator (wide enough for a few 12oz soda cans or smaller tupperware containers to get lodged into). Furthermore, the shelf above the crisper bins does not go back far enough to prevent items from falling into this dead space so be careful what you store on this shelf because it's a cumbersome process to retrieve. (2) The top three shelves can be removed but the height is not adjustable thus limits your options for storing taller items like a gallon of milk (3) Lighting is incandescent (vs LED) which is not not energy efficient, and generates significantly more heat and has a shorter lifespan in comparison to LED bulbs. Water/Ice Dispenser (this frustrates me more than anything else about this fridge): (1) Too small - anything larger than your typical 16 oz pint glass will not fit underneath the water/ice dispenser so you'll have to hold your cup. (2) Ice gets stuck/clogged in the dispenser quite frequently and will fall out as they melt and leave puddles all over the floor. (3) Water will drip from dispenser as well and spill all over the fridge and on the floor. (4) The water overflow tray is Busch League at best. The water overflow tray is not removable and fills up quickly (see #3 above) - the only way to remove the lukewarm standing water is to absorb it with paper towels (my regular kitchen towels are usually damp already from hand-drying my dishes since my Amana dishwasher can't get the job done) I do not recommend this product.

We wanted a smaller refrigerator and this is perfect. This inside is very roomy and seems as large as the bigger refrigerator we replaced. The water and ice controls are fine. Just have to remember they are different contacts. Ice works great and so does water.

Hindsight, I wish I had purchased this refrigerator after more reviews were posted. It is ok. My I crusher stopped working 11 days after I purchased it. Good luck trying to get someone from Best Buy to help you ... first time my phone cut off because I was on hold so long and second time rep called back Best Buy. I ended up calling Whirlpool on my own to get a tech out to fix the problem. DON'T BUY THIS REFRIGRATOR !!!!

Bought this fridge a month ago and since then it has stop working twice. Customer service is the worst and when I do speak with someone I just get the run around

Works great, very quiet and cold as hell.(had to turn down the temperature control.

The ice and water never worked, cannot Clem the finger prints off it, nothing works. The crisper drawers sit crooked, The freezer shelves fall out, terrible fridge.

The design of the combined ice/water dispenser is horrible, every time we try to get ice we hit the water lever instead and it makes a big mess. The fridge makes a loud rattling sound every time we close the door, even when the door storage is empty. The fridge is perfectly level and it still happens. About three weeks after the 1 year warranty expired one of the drawers broke. I am really disappointed in this purchase, in hindsight I should have spent a little more money.

This refrigerator has enough space and fits in any space.

So far so good. The temperature went up more as the days passed. Enough room for everything.

I had a this Amana refrigerator delivered in June. Mid August it stopped refrigerating or freezing the food. It took more than a week to have an authorized technician out for repairs since it under warranty until at least June 2023. The technician had to order parts that will not be available until at least September 16th. It has been extremely frustrating to get Best Buy, Whirlpool or Amana to take responsibility for a quick repair or replacement. I want someone to step up and take responsibility for this product getting the problem resolved ASAP.

We bought this fridge after our old one died. Its a nice smaller sized fridge. But, after only 9 months the compressor went out. What kind of brand new fridge lasts for less than a year?? Amana is replacing the compressor, but they dont cover food loss or the inconvenience of not having a fridge for a week while we wait for the part to come in.

bought a refrigerator. best buy offered free installation but if it's the wrong water line they will not install had to return the refrigerator what a shame

Not being one to trust just the BestBuy site I also checked dimensions at the Amana site which both stated the maximum height of the refrigerator was 65.75". Turns out it is actually 67" high and too big for my location. :(
