    Great sales but nobody called us for the delivery. They just dropped it off at house and knowone is living there. A worker of mine just happened to go by there and seen them unloading it in the driveway and let them in to put it in the garage. I had no idea the stuff was delivered!

    We had to return the refrigerator. Measure the path to the kitchen very carefully. We bought it for a basement kitchen, but the delivery people said it wouldn’t make it down the stairs. Note that this isn’t a reflection on the refrigerator itself; that’s probably a great appliance.

    The ice maker or water dispenser did not work they sent out geek squad and they couldn't fix the problem now i have to wait until someone from the diamond factory comes out. Please do not buy.

    This unit has been serviced four time for the same issue (freezing items in the refrigerator side) and it's still doing the same thing. Whirlpool is aware of it. I've come to the conclusion that Amana is not a good brand as I'm having problems with another one of their appliances bought at the same time.
