    Bought ot at best buy , they were supposed to deliver it in two weeks on the 10 am hour of delivery day i was called and told it wouldn't be in for two more weeks .I went to homedepot and had it in 3 days. Best buy did eventually refund my money.

    When I ordered this item I was told that a delivery would be mood in the middle of January 2021 but after I noticed you offer the same refrigerator now for delivery in at least 3 days. I paid in full and now I can’t even use it till January 2021. Why is the delay and delivering this?

    Never ever buy Whirlpool!! Not working -5 months old. They want me to wait a month to send repair company. They only deal with one repair company. So now I have to pay hundreds out of pocket to fix a brand new refrigerator

    Do not buy this refrigerator!!!!!! It broke down 15 days after taking it out of the box. And as far as having the manufacturer repair it, it will take Whirpool/ Amana months to fix. I ended up having to buy a new refrigerator because I could not wait for them to fix. On top of that, Best Buy will not help. DO NOT BUY. SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND BUY SAMSUNG OR MAYTAG.

    From the time the refrigerator was installed, it rarely stopped running. It was VERY noisy. We returned it and purchased a Whirlpool.

    There is an area where the filters need to be cleaned not with vacuum but with a hard bristled brush. If not the fridge will fail to cool and everything goes bad.

    Never worked. Customer service insisted we wait for 24 hours for it to start cooling. Never did. Then when we finally got BB to initiate a return, a replacement was not available for ten days. We replaced from another merchant who delivered in two days. New unit started cooling in ten minutes. Replacement unit great.

    If I could give the 0 stars I would. Please do not purchase this item. Within 5 months of having the ice machine and water filter are not working. The fridge temperature settings are not functioning properly. The outside of the fridge is extremely hard to clean. The list goes on. I truly wish I never purchased this fridge.

    After looking at many refrigerators in this price range, this one looked to be the best. I have had it about 6 months now and no problems. The water and ice setup was different than my previous refrigerators but now that I’m used to it, I do prefer it. If anything changes, I will update this review.
