I absolutely hate this dishwasher. Even when i use the Heat Dry/High temp the dishes dont dry. Not only that - days later there is still moisture inside. Very dissatisfied with Amana products.

Very nice looking , nice finish with a great price.

I buy Amana washers for the townhomes I lease. They are less expensive than some other brands that either don’t last long or parts are not available. My tenants are satisfied with them. So it’s a win win. Tenants are happy and the machines hold up.

It doesnt wash very well. The heated dry and steam dry does not work at all. I left the items in the dishwasher for a few hours to see if it would work and nothing.

Works as advertised, got it on sale. So, I'm happy with the purchase.

the dishwasher did not dry the dishes althouth I use hot water

This particular dishwasher is cheaply design and over priced. Its got a rubber frame and what appears to be a stainless steel door is plastic with stainless steel coating. I would definitely considering buying it through fisherprice toys yet not recommended for home use. Bottom line I returned immediately!

Only lasted about 1 and half year. It washed dishes okay and and never fully dried, but i didnt mind too much since it was a cheap dishwasher.

Will do business again. Was sold a defective product and tried returning after 3 weeks. Return policy is 14 days. Took time to get installed they won't refund or exchange. The factory is no help. Waste of money, out $325 bucks. I will never do business with best buy again. They stole my money

It took us 2 weeks for us to get an installer. Item did not work. I called Best Buy and was told we could no longer return it after 2 weeks. We will never buy anything from them again. No one ever told us we only had 15 days of warranty. Buy it somewhere else that won't rip you off!

Its quiet but it does not dry at ALL and nothing seems very clean. Regret this purchase a lot

Dishwasher Amana was canceled but Best Buy is still charging me $662.97 without refund, this is fraud!!!

The worst ever. Dishes do not dry. Door handle sticks. Continuous movement for several hours in cleaning. Returning

A fine dishwasher, has worked really well so far. Gets used most every other day. Runs quiet. Several cycles to choose from, all do a good job on dishes. Has removed most food, but occasionally some food still on plate, mostly cheese from nachos. I recommend this fine dishwasher.

Needed a dishwasher but didnt want to spend a lot. It was a little smaller than other dishwashers, which we needed. If i needed to purchase another one, i would not get this. I know newer dishwashers arent like thr old ones used to be but this thing TAKES FOREVER and even when you choose dry dishes are still wet and there are large drops of water along the top and side inside of the dishwasher. Only a few things are truly dry. I have started waiting for it to say its done, then crack it open a few hours hoping everything is fully dry then. Its not big enough for cookie sheets and even some large pot lids catch on the spray arm. I also dont like the way the trays are layed out because it really reduces the amount of items that you can put in there. Its better than washing dishes by hand but if you are looking at this, save yourself and spend a few hundred more and get something better.

We got this opened box and honestly for the price its what i expected, we replaced a old dishwasher that gave out thay we didnt buy and it was a samsung one super fancy but it never worked and then just gave out one day. So yes this is definitely not as fancy but it does the job and thats all i care about.
