We took an old dish washer out to put this one in, only to find out power cords are not included. The sand thing happened when I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy. You guys are way too expensive to withhold & not even recommend other parts that may be needed during check out. So to answer this question, I don’t know how the dishwasher itself is, bc I didn’t know I wouldn’t have all I needed to install it today as planned
