Cant lower the flame and oven walls bent with heat

The flame setting is all the way to low but still the flame remains as if it is on medium. The oven walls eventually got bent with heat and they make clicking sound everytime we use them. I didnt even bother going through their warranty claim since they would send me the same junk but new.

I bought one 8 months ago and the glass started separating from the door structure. Repairman came out and “reglued” the glass, a few days later the glass completely separated from the door.
