IT STOPPED WORKING WE BOUGHT IT LAST YEAR NOW 2 STOVES ARE NOT WORKING

After having it for a year stove doesn't want to heat up elements

Been using this stove for about 7 months now. Pros: Price, availability, oven works well. Cons: Might be just me but the buttons are just not that intuitive and it took me a while before it got to be second nature. I'm not 100% positive but I'm pretty sure you can't change the oven temp once you've set the timer. The elements take longer than I'm used to to heat up and stay hot for a long time after they're turned off, which can be accounted for in cooking it just takes some getting used to. Crumb-storing lip around the inner edge will drive me crazy someday. The glass top doesn't "do" water, at all, even just a drop that emerges from the rolled edge of your Revere Ware, it will pop and sizzle and be noisy for a bit longer than trad coil elements. It's functional and it's been 3.5 years of pandemic and after-pandemic use (i.e. heavier than usual) so that's a "win" in my book.

Practical but modern style range. I bough it for my 89 year old mother. She is sooo happy with it she can manage and understand clearly how it works. Most important its easy clean top and quality material at a reasonable price. Thanks Amana and BestBuy for you excellent customer service.

Just got it and so far so good. Easy to install the power chord. I wasnt aware that it cane without one but i orderes one before the range was delivered. Very easy to hook up.

Nie stove works great, no issues, the drawer underneath is a bit sharp when you pull on it and there is no liner for the drawer which i was used to. Otherwise it looks great and works fine for the price.

The oven light does not come on when the oven door is opened even though the manual says, "The oven light will come on when the oven door is opened." I wasted lots of time on the phone and online chat with Amana only to be told the same thing the manual says. They offered to schedule a service person to come look at it, but it would take over a week for them to get here. Best Buy Geek Squad came to look at it the day after install and determined that there is no switch or wiring that would enable the oven light to come on when the door opens. So, Amana customer service, the advertising photos and the manual are quite misleading. I am having Best Buy haul it away and am replacing it with a Samsung. I have no faith in Amana's products if they cannot accurately describe the basic functions of their simplest range.

Good product with nice features and it works like it's supposed to. I haven't read about all the features the oven has but the glass top makes for easy cleanup.

What we were looking for and a great price. So far, so good and has made life a lot easier.
