"Open Box" Discount Not Enough

Bought this "open box" for a discounted price as it was rated in "Excellent Condition". HUGE dent on the side and cooking residue inside oven. Had to clean a new oven! Wasn't discounted nearly enough for the above 2 issues.

For the price can’t find a thing to complain about. Best Buy delivered right on time and communication was fantastic. Gave me a delivery window and got a 15 min heads up when the delivery was on way.
