"Open Box" Discount Not Enough

Bought this "open box" for a discounted price as it was rated in "Excellent Condition". HUGE dent on the side and cooking residue inside oven. Had to clean a new oven! Wasn't discounted nearly enough for the above 2 issues.

Although still learning it's capabilities, it was a little disappointing to discover that this unit was not able to prepare a few of the dishes that my wife likes to create in the kitchen. It is still a good range though.

So that’s a good advantage to have with these electric stoves. Also one concern is that the glass stove keeps getting scratched when I cook
