I bought this in September and was told everything worked when it was delivered. I don’t cook very often because I work out of town. But when I decided to make something nothing would get hot. I called and was told I would have to call about the warranty and get it replaced that way. Not very good service.

Oven stop working at a month and a half! So upset. Stove still works but not getting anywhere witb the service warranty

Broke within 2 years. Not worth the money :( The oven wont work and trying to contact manufacturer is an hassle. They play games.

Top part works great. Oven has even me error messages 3 different times and now has quit. We just bought it July 2021.

Inside oven while baking us making a beeping sound. Cant get whirlpool to come service it. They keep disconnecting me

First time buying appliance with you all and my experience was terrible they bought a damage stove& then not to mention they came a day earlier the Delivery was supposed to be on a Sunday & they had if setup for the Saturday, my paperwork says Sunday. The other stove they brought also look damage.

It already stopped working, the digital part or the stove completely stopped working so nothing works don’t wast your money

Very poorly designed! Many "Made in America & USA stickers" Workers tried to do a good job (fit and packaging are good but if you start with bad parts you still get a bad product. Putting anything on the stove top immediately mars the surface. Scratches, stains and easily removed lines are a real problem. Black enamel frame chips easily. Stainless steel is thin.

Worst appliance I have ever purchased. Stove tops are slow to heat. Oven slow to eat. After 14 months oven stopped working

This stove is very problematic, a couple months after I got it for my mom one off the burners went out. It was a pain getting someone to come out and take a look at it. They eventually came out it was the heating element, they did repair it and now today July 26th 2022 this stove is having issues again. It was purchased December 10th 2021 Delivered December 14th 2021 not even a year and having multiple issues

Largest burner is nearly the size of my small burner on replacement stove. Doesn't heat things up well. Very disappointed.

Terrible. I don't know if I can return it but My older electric range was way better than this one. Takes longer to heat, it has less heating power. Cleaning it is a pain in the a... nothing works on it. Wife wanted it bad because of the great reviews and now she wants the old one back.

Been using this stove for about 7 months now. Pros: Price, availability, oven works well. Cons: Might be just me but the buttons are just not that intuitive and it took me a while before it got to be second nature. I'm not 100% positive but I'm pretty sure you can't change the oven temp once you've set the timer. The elements take longer than I'm used to to heat up and stay hot for a long time after they're turned off, which can be accounted for in cooking it just takes some getting used to. Crumb-storing lip around the inner edge will drive me crazy someday. The glass top doesn't "do" water, at all, even just a drop that emerges from the rolled edge of your Revere Ware, it will pop and sizzle and be noisy for a bit longer than trad coil elements. It's functional and it's been 3.5 years of pandemic and after-pandemic use (i.e. heavier than usual) so that's a "win" in my book.

the burners go up and down in heat. You cannot use a large pan to cook pasta in. It took me 20 minutes to cook a grilled cheese on a griddle on high and then did not come out evenly cooked. Sauce in a sauce pan burned around the edges and was not cooked in the middle. I need to return this stove.

If this is for a rental property it’s sufficient but for your primary home is cheaply made stove

I had to wait over a month to receive this stove. Then not even 6 months of having it has went completely out.

It’s January 30 and the oven is not working. I would not recommend this product.

Doesn’t work as good as my older model. Takes too long to cook meals.

I purchased a smooth top electric range. It’s too hard to keep it clean. I’m returning it.
