Great Gas Range for you $$$

I like the time controls and it is stainless steel. The gas flame is good enough for our cooking. The only down side is, the inside racks are getting rusted even we took good care of cleaning them.

NOT HAPPY

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy DOES NOT install a gas range in our area and you are REQUIRED to purchase a new connector. The range was delivered at 10am, they hauled away our old range and were out of our house by 10:30am. The connections/fittings are so difficult to reach with ordinary tools that it took us until 4pm to finally get it hooked up! One orifice slipped away and fell inside the sides of the range. We used a telescoping magnet through a small hole to get it back. Then, the new connector would not seal so we had to put the old one back on our new range. It says on the papers that we got with the range that if you need service, call a service person NOT Best Buy as they do not have service repair personnel. We had to adjust the flame on the burners (directions were included) as they all burned high on all settings. The range works fine now but we are not happy with the service or installation directions.
