Gas was not regulated by the technical support who delivered my gas range. I received a refund of 19.99 for that reason. The flame doesn’t reach a low position when your cooking. Meaning it wasn’t regulated to go to a low position. Their techs needs to do the work properly, that’s the most important.

For going with the generic name brand appliances, they are a great deal for the money

It is very nice gas range, and oven set up is easy.

Good stove. The oven and oven controls work perfectly. The gas burner controls don't work as well. Lowering the burner from medium to low doesn't change the fire level. Not sure how to fix that. Also the metal grate that goes over the burners isn't level so small pans wobble.

This range is a beauty, and the flame assists in cooking on an even keel. The oven's performance is also great. I LOVE MY AMANA!!

We bought this because it looked great online and was just the right price. It is a great looking oven. Still loving it today with no complaints.

We shopped around a long time when we decided to replace our old gas stove. This was definitely the best stove for the money. Easy to use and looks good in our kitchen.

My dad was in need of a new stove and I decided to purchase it from Best Buy! It is easy for him to use and he really likes it! The delivery and installation went smoothly!

The stove arrived just in time for thanksgiving party cooking. Did a lot of cooking and it kept going strong all day with no complications.

I love the stove, great price and set up 4 me! I had to change the delivery date a few times I believe it was finally delivered on the 3rd try, so other than that great service! I also have bought like all major appliances now with Best Buy and being a new homeowner I feel great peace knowing that I am in great status and always pay my bills on time, So having the knowledge that I have so much credit available to me I never have to worry about that!

No problems 3 weeks old. So far so good. Looks very nice.

Old stove died a few weeks before Thanksgiving and was worried I wouldn't get the new one in time but was very pleased on how fast it was delivered. It did arrive with a few dents and scratches but nothing too serious and was able to get a nice discount on the purchase.

Delivery easy and efficient. The oven is slick looking and hookups easy.

So far everything works well. My priority with a stove is always the effectiveness of the self-cleaning aspect. Really liked the delivery guys as the first time they tried to deliver the stove they recommended that I not accept it because of a dent. So they rescheduled me for another one. They were honest and caring young African American men. Excellent job!!
