When they finally do ignite, it’s usually preceded by a sizable initial flame. These things can happen when cooking with gas, but with a brand new range they’re happening more than I’d like.

Another burner takes several seconds to fire up, releasing fair amount of unlighted gas. Also, it was apparently not adjusted properly at factory because lowest setting is still a medium size flame that cooks some food too fast. Grill is too flimsy and slippery (not cast iron) and pans have slid off onto the floor!

When i got it home it looked like it had been dropped. Would have sent it back but they hauled off the old when we got the new one.

It was eventually installed after a bit of hassle only for it to “not be installed correctly “. Once they eventually had someone come back out due to the oven not getting warm we were told that it was faulty. After expecting to receive a call from Best Buy once the technician let me know, I had to contact them almost two weeks later just for them to tell me it has surpassed the 15 day limit. What a joke! The sold me a piece of crap oven, made me wait and now don’t want to replace it. This has been a terrible experience and we’ve now gone a month without a working stove. That I purchased brand new
