I can really only simmer something for hours on the small burner otherwise things boil to much.

If you are using a frying pan it will definitely not stay in place, the pan slides making it difficult to cook on. The plates that are on the burners fall off track super easy the top right burner is the one that gives us the most problems. The oven cooks super fast. It I needed for example 40 minute timer it will be done in 30mins ahead of the timer.
