The gas stove, flames are to high. Cooks to fast. Also don’t care for the flimsy grills one piece per side. Not four separate ones for each burner. Also, turning it on is a task can small has trying too turn on.

Carbon Monoxide Leak After 1 Year

Called best buy and would not come out to fix or offer any solution. Will never buy an appliance from Best Buy again

Metal coming apart from glass:(

Now it is almost January of 2022 and the adhesive that sticks the metal to the glass front is no longer holding. So, the thin metal U shape sticks out dangerously from the glass.

I put it in one of the apartments I manage, and exactly 13 months after it was installed, the oven stopped working. The igniter appears to not work. I must now pay a service company to come repair the items, which may cost a large percentage of what this low end model originally cost. You get what you pay for, and the warranty being only 12 months is unfortunate.

The broiler is inconveniently located at the very bottom which is ridiculous to use. The stove top NEVER seems to come clean no matter the type of cleaning agent or amount of scrubbing used. The top grates are a bit uneven and wonky, and as a result, we've literally had pans slide off and fall. Overall, not a good selection at all. Hindsight- I really wish we would have purchased something else!

We have had it less than a year and the light no longer turns on (no, it’s not burnt out just doesn’t work) and it takes DOUBLE the time to cook things. If your pizza is supposed to go in for 20 minutes, expect it to actually take 40.

Won't convert to propane
