I had this range for two years and from the beginning it showed signs of problems. The burners were emitting too much flame or too little flame. Like other users reported, sometimes it would take a few clicks for it to turn on, releasing a great amount of gas. The major issue was found in the control module. I had it replaced three times in the course of two years. It would go faulty very randomly. Another major issue is the bulb it uses inside the oven. The bulb that is compatible with this model is not capable of sustaining heat and it would burst inside the oven, making it a safety issue. Another issue is with the oven door. It gets hotter than what is comfortable to the touch. While it won't cause a first-degree burn, it will hurt if you touch it. Making it unsafe around little kids.

Stopped working after 3 years. Warranty is only good for a year so now im out $600! So frustrating! Dont bother with this junk. We had issues with one of the top burners roughly 1.5yrs after we bought it but figured it was fine. Well now it wont heat up. We replaced the part twice but after a cpl months it stops working again. Junk.

Don’t buy this stove unless you enjoy getting on hands and knees to use broiler. Horrible design, rack is not even included for broiler, and when you take one of the two racks out of oven part you will need to get on the floor to put the rack into broiler so you can use it. Then when you do use it to broil something the rack doesn’t even pull out, so every time you want to check your food, plan on getting back down on the floor to pull the rack out so you can flip or check on food. Seriously who ever came up with this design obviously does not cook. I would give this oven minus -5 stars, if I could!!!!

This thing is pure junk from the gas tubes to the uneven heat distribution. Twice now we had the gas tubes replaced and front starters. Avoid this product at all cost. Inhave now spent more money fixing that what it cost new.

Have had to replace igniter 2X in 6 years. Would not buy Amana product again. You can order part online and fix yourself - but major PITA :(

I was so disappointed in this gas range the guiltily was so poor

I did purchase this oven on 10-14-2020 they supposed to delivery it on 10-20-20 when the delivery truck brought it to the back door they got out of the box when i see the oven looks like used was all damaged from the back ( but i did pay for brand new one) the driver and someone i talk on the phone from best buy they recommend its ok you can use it for while till we get you another one i ask do you personally recommend me to connect this at my house (it is very unsafe to run it a specially being damaged on the back right buy the gas connector ..so im still waiting for best by to replace it no words yet...i do believe that best by does not care much about safety or customers at all now it has been over 10 days without oven at home so NO i won't shop at Best buy again or recommend to my family and friends

What a freaking crappy stove. The front burners are designed so that frying pans fall off if you don't consciously precariously balance the pan on them and remember not to breathe on them. There are three burners that you can adjust from high to medium high. There's only one burner that can simmer on low. The broiler just plain doesn't work. It broils for a little bit, and then just decides to not broil for a while.

My Stove was delivered BUT after looking same over I found two dents on the left side of the panels I was FUMING pardon the pun this should have been inspected before the item was removed from the Warehouse bad Business Best Buy

My oven had oven rack missing. When i called about issue i was told to go to nearest store. The reason i ordered online was because I'm having back issues so i left it alone.

Stove is only 2 years old and have had nothing but problems. 3 ignitors in 2 years and still doesn’t work.

Oven is terrible at maintaining temp. The oven light has no cover and gets broken all the time. The burners on top are like flame throwers constantly scorch food even on low. A house flipper installed this piece of junk in my house so ita brand new. However its such a bad product i may replace even though its only 2 years old.

Avoid this stove at all costs !! Burners are absolutely terrible and dangerous, pots slide off easily, when using the oven the whole stove gets way too hot. Anything with the brand name Amana should be taken off the market !!

this stove is the worst you can buy. Do waste your money. The cookware slides off and the top of the eyes only comes in one piece. One piece on the oven came apart had to get a rubber hammer and knock it back on. NEVER AGAIN. Might not shop in best buy again. Have to get on the floor to use the the broiler.

The oven already stopped working. The stove top still works. I bought it new thinking it would last. Disappointed!

Ordered Online, picked up in store @ curbside. No problems. Item came home and was Missing a Ton of items. Only came with 1 rack, Burner top for Gas stove was missing.

This oven gets very hot too hot to the touch, so if you have young children who like to help you In the kitchen beware of the oven. Second, One of the burners is very small for slow cooking and it’s located in the back. So 3 and a half burners. The pots rock back and forth because as previous reviews have stated the burner tops are not iron and not flushed and uneven. Besides the one half burner in the back. The lowest fire setting is about a medium to me.

Really disappointed with purchase. I try to return it & was not allowed. I called American Express & they were very understanding. I will never buy anything from you again

Best buy sent me used Amana gas range in the box. The item was damaged in 2 sides as well. I did not expected this from best buy. It does not allow me upload more pictures
