But it does not fit in with the rest of the appliances in my kitchen. But after getting a defective oven from Best Buy, this was the best they could do without totally ruining Christmas!

I appreciate that. The flame is too high and food often burns. I have a complaint about the oven racks. They are flimsy and the spaces on the racks are too far apart. I like to bake potatoes on the racks...they fall right thru the spaces. Obviously I can remedy that and use another pan but I think the rack would be better with the spaces between each wire closer. Also when I pull the rack out with a casserole on it the rack is definitely not strong enough. ..it begins to tip. I practically lost the casserole onto the oven door.

You need to be careful because the grates are very slippery for non-stick and copper pans.
