Really nice gas range for the price. Handsome black finish.

The bottom line we were very disatify with you guys! 1 one reason you had to tell us that our delivery had to be push back after our our set date? with out no reason why? Both of us meaning me and my wife had take off work waiting for the delivery? 2. After you put the stove in we have a hard time getting the stove to lit.

I was short one baking rack when delivered and the burners after using appliance I wish they were separated instead of attached the rack that goes on top, when I cook the pots do not fit in order to put two on top I need to just cook one pot on each side, it’s not safe to use both burners at once, not safe it slips off

really like this product cause is very easy to use. Knob turning is what i like.

I dont care for this oven. I havent even had it a full year and the gasket seal has already broken. The top racks are uneven and my 20+ year old maytag held up so much better. I would have kept it but im trying to remodel my house.

When I received the item. It came damaged. One corner of the oven had a damaged area that had paint dented off. One of the igniters was was broken and would not work. I had to get it replaced at my own expense.

It’s a lot smaller than I anticipated, but it gets the job done!

The electrical control panel that controls oven temperature/timer/clock went out of service shortly after one year. We are a family of two with light usage. The technician mentioned the heat from the rear gas stoves damaged/burned the controller board which was mindboggling. It is either poor design or poor manufacturing quality, I suspect the latter. It was suggested that instead of repair it for about $500, might as well get a new one. If you are going to purchase this range, recommend getting extended warranty.

I don’t know might have to return very poor brand I will not buy again

Not happy with the cooking performance. The gas stove, flames are to high. Cooks to fast. Also don’t care for the flimsy grills one piece per side. Not four separate ones for each burner. Also, turning it on is a task can small has trying too turn on.

Had stove for year and a half, our carbon monoxide alarm went off, had our energy company out and confirmed the stove was leaking carbon monoxide. Called best buy and would not come out to fix or offer any solution. Will never buy an appliance from Best Buy again

I bought this stove in 2020. Now it is almost January of 2022 and the adhesive that sticks the metal to the glass front is no longer holding. So, the thin metal U shape sticks out dangerously from the glass.

Front gas burner doesn’t like her easily. I will call Best Buy

It looks nice online but don't be fooled. The broiler is inconveniently located at the very bottom which is ridiculous to use. The stove top NEVER seems to come clean no matter the type of cleaning agent or amount of scrubbing used. The top grates are a bit uneven and wonky, and as a result, we've literally had pans slide off and fall. Overall, not a good selection at all. Hindsight- I really wish we would have purchased something else!
