Installation of stove was poorly done

Immediately upon installation, The left front ignitor didn't work. The inside of the structure of the oven is off, which causes food & rack to collapse on every level. As a result, I have been burned several times. Broiler rack was missing, and oven light blew out within just 3 months of usage. My experience- this is a TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

They then rescheduled for the 22nd...let's see if it arrives then!!

The entire stove heats up so much when the oven is on that she burned her hand when she touched the top of the stove. She contacted them about returning it and was told that she will have to deal with the manufacturer

Now we are just left with a useless oven. It's going to cost almost as much as a brand new oven just to fix it. Apparently the igniter went out.

Would have liked an additional rack for the broiler instead of just an empty place. Top surface (black color) is difficult to clean to a shiny "clear" surface. Burner parts appear flimsy and "Cheap".

The surface gets really hot. The metal lines leading to the burners are broken on three of the four burner. So now I only have one burner to cook on

Turned on broiler, doesn't broil, broiler is on. But the bake turns on. Says i bought it in june 2021, but it was april 26th. Best buy said i didn’t get a extended warranty. So tuff luck!
